Tac'Ha Chonk-Hu Ra

Tac'Ha (pronounced Tah Kuh Ha) Chonk-Hu Ra (Chone Kay who Raw)

Tac'Ha is a short, squat, mildly greenish brown figure about 4 feet tall. He wears a collection of scraps of leather, fur and odd bits of metal that have been woven into his garb with leather strips and cords. The lumpy layers of his garment make it hard to determine his physique. When Tac'Ha pulls up his hood and hunches over it becomes obvious his garmets are fashioned to mimic, to the best of his ability, the likeness of a bear. His boots are oddly well maintained, in contrast with the rest of his attire, obviously a prized posession.
